Delivery & Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within 2–6 working days.

Small / Light Items (GLS Courier)

Orders containing small or light items are shipped with GLS and delivered direct to your door.

Heavy / Large Gym Equipment

Gym equipment is classified as heavy and large, which requires specialist handling.

Delivery times may be slightly longer than standard parcels.

If your order includes power racks, heavy weights, benches, or cardio machines, please ensure someone is available to help you safely bring the equipment into your home.

All large-item deliveries are strictly kerbside only.

Pallet Deliveries (JMC Couriers)

Larger orders are shipped on pallets via JMC Couriers.

Please note that JMC do not provide pre-notification of delivery.

Pre-Orders

Some products on our website are available as pre-orders.

In these cases, the delivery timeframe is different from our standard shipping times.

Every pre-order item includes an approximate arrival date on its product page.

Once the shipment arrives to our warehouse, orders are dispatched in the order they were placed.

We will keep the product page updated if any timeline changes.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
