Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email or through any withdrawal/returns functionality available on our website before the 14-day period expires.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that your notification is sent before the 14-day period ends.

Returning Your Item

Returned items must be sent back complete and include all original components, accessories, fittings, manuals, hardware and packaging.

Customers are fully responsible for returned goods until they are safely received at our warehouse. For this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage.


Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect goods as you would in a physical retail store to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

However, returned items must be in a resaleable condition.

Returns showing signs of assembly, installation, use, exercise, wear, damage, scratches, marks, missing parts, missing hardware, missing accessories, missing packaging or any handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted during inspection may be subject to a deduction from the refund to reflect the resulting loss in value.

For gym equipment, examples of use may include, but are not limited to:

  • Equipment that has been assembled or installed.

  • Barbells or dumbbells that have been loaded with weight.

  • Benches, racks, machines or accessories that have been used for exercise.

  • Equipment showing wear, marks, scratches, dents or damage.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

Please note that equipment returned without its original packaging may no longer be suitable for resale as new.

Where a returned item is no longer suitable for resale as new, a substantial deduction may be applied to the refund amount.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, order the wrong item, or no longer require the product, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.

Please note that many of our products are large, heavy or pallet-delivered items. Return shipping costs for such items can be significant and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.


Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs together with a description of the issue.

Where a fault or error is confirmed, Gymless will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Repair

  • Replacement product

  • Collection of the item

  • Full refund

The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances involved.

If you prefer not to receive a replacement for a confirmed defective item, a full refund will be issued.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected, or until satisfactory evidence of return has been provided.

Once approved, refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
