Returns & Refunds Policy
Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you generally have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order, subject to statutory exceptions. You do not need to give a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email or through any withdrawal or returns functionality available on our website before the 14-day cancellation period expires.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that your notification is sent before that period ends.
Return Deadline
After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before that 14-day return period expires.

Returning Your Item
Returned goods should include all original components, accessories, fittings, manuals and hardware and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.
For customer-arranged returns, you remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to our premises. We therefore recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured service and retaining proof of postage or collection.
Direct Delivery of Returns
For customer-arranged returns, the item must be delivered directly to Gymless at the return address stated above. Customers must choose a postal or courier service that delivers to the business premises.
Gymless does not collect customer-arranged return parcels from post offices, courier depots, parcel lockers, collection points or other third-party holding locations.
If a carrier is unable to complete delivery and holds the item elsewhere, the customer is responsible for arranging redelivery to our premises.
A parcel being held at a post office, courier depot, parcel locker or collection point does not constitute delivery to Gymless.
This does not apply where Gymless has arranged the collection or agreed another return method in writing, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
Condition of Change-of-Mind Returns
You may inspect goods as you would in a physical retail store to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for that inspection and their value has been reduced, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect that reduction in value where permitted by law.
For gym and fitness equipment, handling that may reduce value can include:
• Assembly or installation.
• Loading barbells, dumbbells or other equipment with weight.
• Using benches, racks, machines or accessories for exercise.
• Scratches, dents, marks, damage or excessive wear.
• Missing components, hardware or accessories.
• Missing or damaged packaging where this causes a reduction in value.
Missing original packaging does not automatically remove a statutory right to cancel. However, where missing packaging or other handling causes a genuine reduction in the value of the product, an appropriate deduction may be made where permitted by law.
Change-of-Mind Return Costs
If you change your mind, order the wrong item or no longer require the product, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Many of our products are large, heavy or pallet-delivered. Return transport for such items can be substantially more expensive than standard parcel post and will depend on the item's size, weight and collection location.
Customers should contact us before arranging the return of bulky or palletised equipment if they require guidance regarding suitable transport.
Where the statutory right to cancel applies, Gymless will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.
Any additional cost resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are separate from your right to change your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs together with a description of the issue where this will help us assess the problem.
Remedies for faulty goods will be provided in accordance with applicable Irish consumer law.
Depending on when the fault is reported, the nature and seriousness of the fault and the circumstances involved, the available remedy may include:
• Repair.
• Replacement parts.
• Replacement product.
• Price reduction.
• Collection of the product.
• Refund.
Where a statutory right to reject the goods and receive a refund applies, that right will be respected.
Where goods are faulty and the customer has a statutory right to return them, Gymless will bear the applicable return cost or arrange an appropriate collection method.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law.
Where a consumer exercises a statutory right to cancel, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in accordance with the time limits required by applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide satisfactory evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, except where Gymless has offered to collect the goods.
Once a refund has been issued by us, the time taken for it to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Items
Where applicable, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Other statutory exceptions to the right to cancel may apply where relevant.
This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty goods.
Business Customers
The statutory 14-day cancellation right described above applies to qualifying consumer purchases.
Returns by customers purchasing wholly or mainly for business, trade, professional or commercial purposes are subject to any rights available under applicable law and any return arrangement agreed with Gymless.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
