We aim to deliver your order in 2 - 6  working days.

 

If you've ordered small, light items they will arrive by DPD couriers direct to your door

 

Gym equipment is regarded as a "Heavy and Large" item and requires specialised couriers. To ensure your safety and convenience, this always involves a longer delivery time than you might expect for consumer items such as books and clothes.

If you have ordered heavy duty equipment like power racks, heavy weights or cardio equipment please ensure you have someone to help you carry the equipment safely in to your home.

It's important to note that this is kerbside delivery.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us about tracking.

JMC Couriers deliver our larger orders across the country and do not offer a notification of delivery

During the Christmas period, courier services may experience delays outside of our control.
While we will always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
This is particularly relevant for bulky and palletised gym equipment.
