Build the exact training load you need with durable black Olympic rubber weight plates, available in seven sizes from 1.25 kg to 25 kg.

Each plate features a reinforced 50 mm centre hole for use with Olympic barbells and compatible plate-loaded equipment. The rubber coating helps reduce noise and protects floors and surrounding equipment during loading and training.

The integrated tri-grip openings make the plates easier to carry, load and unload. They can also be used independently for exercises such as plate raises, weighted carries and core training.
