Body-Solid GSRM40B Seated Row Machine

The seated row machine from Body-Solid is designed to build strength and thickness through the middle back, lats and upper back using a stable, chest-supported plate-loaded movement.

The GSRM40B features an adjustable seat and chest pad to accommodate different users while helping maintain a strong training position. Extra-thick DuraFirm™ padding provides support and comfort during heavier workouts.

Four-way adjustable hand grips allow you to use wider or narrower rowing positions, helping target different areas of the back. The chest-supported design also reduces unnecessary movement and lets you concentrate on controlled pulling strength.

The seated row machine uses an easy-access plate-loading system and oil-lite bronze bushings at the main pivot points for smooth movement and long-term durability.

Built from high-tensile 5 × 7.5 cm steel, the Body-Solid GSRM40B is suitable for serious home gyms, PT studios and commercial training facilities.
