The Body-Solid GFID71 is a heavy-duty flat, incline and decline bench built around an 11-gauge 2 x 3 inch steel frame with a maximum weight capacity of 600 lb. The backrest and seat offer multiple adjustment positions, allowing the bench to support flat, incline and decline exercises. The back pad adjusts through -15°, 0°, 25°, 45°, 60° and 80°, while the seat can be positioned at -10°, 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45° and 60°. Thick DuraFirm upholstery provides support during heavy training sessions, while the included T-bar leg hold-down with oversized rollers provides additional stability for decline pressing and abdominal exercises. This adjustable weight bench can be used for dumbbell presses, shoulder presses, incline work, rows, abdominal exercises and a wide range of rack-based strength movements.
