The Body-Solid GLGS100 Corner Leverage Gym is a compact plate-loaded strength system designed to deliver a wide range of free-weight style exercises in a space-saving footprint.

The large-radius swing arm can be used for pressing and leverage movements, while the upper position doubles as a pull-up and chin-up station. An adjustable knee hold-down supports lat pulldown exercises, and the low pulley enables rows, curls and other cable movements.

Integrated Olympic plate horns provide convenient weight storage and loading. The GLGS100 works with most flat, incline and decline benches, making it a flexible option for home gyms, personal training studios and light commercial facilities.
