The weight can be adjusted in precise 1 kg increments, making it suitable for beginners, experienced lifters and anyone who wants to progress without buying multiple kettlebells.

Built with a durable steel outer shell and seven removable cast-iron weight plates, the kettlebell can be configured from 12 kg all the way to 32 kg. The internal plates include 2 kg, 3 kg and 4 kg sections, allowing you to fine-tune the load to suit different exercises and training sessions.

This adjustable kettlebell uses a secure screw-locking system to keep the internal weights firmly in position during swings, cleans, snatches, presses and other kettlebell movements. An Allen key and wrench are included for making weight adjustments.
