GYMLESS Olympic EZ Curl Bar – 1200mm (10kg)

Olympic EZ curl bar weighing 10kg and measuring 1200mm, designed for biceps, triceps and upper-body accessory training with 50mm Olympic plates. The angled shaft offers alternative wrist and hand positions compared with a straight bar, making it useful for curls, extensions and close-grip arm work.

The bar uses a 28mm grip diameter and is made from Q235 steel. Two needle bearings and two bronze bushings support sleeve rotation. Colour combinations include black, red/black and yellow/black, allowing you to match the bar to different gym setups while retaining the same training specification.
