🏋️‍♂️ Olympic Dumbbell Handles (Pair) – Black Oxide Finish

Olympic dumbbell handles sold as a pair for building heavy plate-loaded dumbbells with 2-inch Olympic weight plates. The black oxide finish, knurled 28mm grips and bronze bushings give the handles a solid free-weight feel for rows, presses, curls and loaded carries.

Each handle weighs approximately 5kg, giving a combined pair weight of about 10kg before plates are added. Each handle measures approximately 51cm overall, with around 15cm of loading sleeve on each side and a 15cm grip section. The stated capacity is 95kg per handle, or 190kg across the pair. Four chrome spring collars are supplied to secure the plates.
