5kg Olympic Change Plate Set – 0.25kg to 1kg

Make precise weight increases with this 5kg Olympic Change Plate Set. It is ideal for progressive overload, technique work and overcoming plateaus without making large jumps in barbell weight.

The set contains eight colour-coded plates: one pair each of 0.25 kg, 0.5 kg, 0.75 kg and 1 kg. Using matching plates on both sides of the bar allows total increases of 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 1.5 kg or 2 kg.
