Gymless 25kg Olympic Hex Bar (Trap Bar)

25kg Olympic hex bar built for heavy trap-bar training with an open design that gives the lifter more room to move through deadlifts, loaded carries, shrugs and similar strength exercises. The open frame reduces contact with the thighs and torso compared with some closed hex bars and can make walk-through movements easier.

The bar weighs 25kg and has a stated maximum capacity of 300kg. It is designed for 2-inch Olympic plates and uses aggressive knurled multi-grip handles for a secure hold. The bar measures approximately 147.5cm overall, with a 61.5 × 65cm centre area and 29.5cm sleeves. Two spring collars are included.
