Compact Olympic Hex Bar Black – 1.41 m, 250 kg

Compact Olympic hex bar finished in black and designed for deadlifts, shrugs, loaded carries and trap-bar strength work where a shorter overall bar is easier to manage. The closed-frame design keeps the load centred around the lifter, while dual-height handles allow you to choose between different starting positions.

The bar weighs approximately 23kg, measures 141cm overall and has a stated 250kg maximum capacity. Its 29cm sleeves accept 50mm Olympic plates, and the 28.5mm knurled handles provide a secure grip. The distance between the handles is approximately 58cm. Spring collars are included.
