Olympic hex bar chrome weighing approximately 23kg and designed for deadlifts, shrugs and loaded carries with a neutral grip. The closed-frame design uses dual-height handles so lifters can choose between different starting positions for pulling and carrying movements.

The bar is manufactured from A3 steel with a chrome finish and has a stated maximum capacity of 250kg. It measures approximately 141cm overall, with 29cm sleeves for 50mm Olympic plates. The handles are approximately 29cm long and 28.5mm in diameter, with around 58cm between the grips. Two spring collars are included.
