Standard trap bar designed specifically for 28mm standard weight plates, not 50mm Olympic plates. Its open walk-through frame and built-in loading feet make it easier to step into the lifting area and to load or unload plates from the floor.

The bar weighs approximately 19.6kg and measures around 143cm overall. The inside width is approximately 58cm, with 25cm of loadable sleeve length and handles positioned around 49cm high. The black powder-coated steel construction is suited to deadlifts, shrugs, farmer-style carries and rack-pull variations using standard plates.
