Rackable Olympic EZ curl bar measuring 190cm and weighing 15kg, designed to combine the wrist-friendly angles of an EZ curl bar with enough overall length to sit across a suitable rack. This makes it useful for heavier curls, skull crushers, close-grip pressing and other arm-focused strength work where a short curl bar can be awkward to rack.

The bar uses a 28mm grip and 50mm Olympic sleeves and is made from 45# steel. Two needle bearings and two bronze bushings support sleeve movement, while the black shaft and chrome sleeves give the bar a durable gym finish. The stated maximum capacity is 700lb.
