Rotating Olympic Curl Bar

Rotating Olympic curl bar designed with independently rotating handles to let the hands and wrists move more naturally through curls and other arm exercises. The rotating grip system changes the feel compared with a fixed EZ bar and can be useful for biceps, forearm and controlled upper-body accessory training.

The bar is made from steel and weighs approximately 15kg. It measures around 1200mm overall, uses a 25mm shaft and is designed for 50mm Olympic weight plates. The stated maximum capacity is 150kg. The bar can also be used with a compatible cable pulley setup, adding another way to use the rotating handles.
